In these Terms and Conditions, "Sjakie Calisthenics", "we", "us" and "our" refer to the provider of the coaching services. "Client", "you" and "your" refer to the person purchasing or using the services.
Sjakie Calisthenics provides online calisthenics coaching.
Depending on the individually agreed coaching package, the service may include:
The exact scope, price and payment schedule of the coaching package will be agreed with the Client before the agreement is concluded.
Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, coaching does not include medical treatment, medical advice, physiotherapy, diagnosis, psychological treatment or emergency services.
The agreement is concluded when the Client accepts the agreed coaching offer and completes the required payment or payment authorisation through Stripe or another payment method made available by Sjakie Calisthenics.
Before entering into the agreement, the Client will receive or be provided with information regarding:
The Client must provide accurate and complete information when entering into the agreement.
The initial coaching agreement has a minimum commitment period of 12 weeks.
The 12-week commitment begins on the agreed start date or, where no separate start date has been agreed, on the date on which the coaching service is made available to the Client.
The Client may choose, where offered by Sjakie Calisthenics, to:
The chosen payment method does not change the duration of the initial 12-week commitment.
If the Client chooses payment in instalments, the instalments are payments towards the agreed initial coaching commitment and are not separate standalone 4-week coaching agreements.
Subject to mandatory consumer law and the Client's statutory rights, ending participation or requesting to stop coaching during the initial commitment period does not automatically remove the Client's payment obligations for the agreed initial 12-week period.
Unless the agreement is validly ended before the end of the initial commitment period in accordance with applicable law or these Terms and Conditions, the coaching agreement will continue automatically after the initial 12-week period for an indefinite period.
The continuation and applicable recurring payment arrangements will be communicated clearly to the Client before the agreement is concluded.
After the initial commitment period, the Client may cancel the agreement at any time with a maximum notice period of one month, unless a shorter notice period has been expressly agreed.
The Client may notify Sjakie Calisthenics that they wish to stop participating in coaching during the initial commitment period.
However, subject to mandatory consumer law, the Client remains responsible for payment obligations arising from the agreed initial 12-week commitment.
If Sjakie Calisthenics agrees to end the agreement early, any agreement regarding an early termination fee, remaining payment obligations or refund will be communicated to the Client in writing and will remain subject to applicable mandatory consumer law.
After the initial 12-week commitment period, the Client may cancel at any time with a maximum notice period of one month.
Cancellation can be requested by email at sjakiecali@gmail.com.
The Client may also cancel using another legally permitted method.
The cancellation notice takes effect from the date on which the cancellation request is received.
Sjakie Calisthenics will confirm receipt of the cancellation request.
Payments may be processed through Stripe.
Where the Client has selected a recurring payment arrangement, the Client authorises the agreed recurring charges in accordance with the payment schedule presented before purchase.
The exact:
will be communicated to the Client before payment is completed.
The Client is responsible for ensuring that the selected payment method remains valid and capable of processing the agreed payments.
If a payment fails, Sjakie Calisthenics may contact the Client and request payment.
Where a payment remains unpaid, Sjakie Calisthenics may, subject to applicable law:

Where applicable, the Client may use the standard withdrawal form provided by Sjakie Calisthenics, but the use of that form is not mandatory.
If the Client requests that the coaching service begins during the statutory withdrawal period, separate rules may apply regarding services already provided and digital access already supplied.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions is intended to limit mandatory statutory consumer rights.
Clients may receive access to coaching services immediately after completing the agreement.
This may include access to:
