Where will you rank?

Every athlete climbs the same eight ranks. You move up by hitting real strength milestones in training: longer holds, harder progressions. Never by just logging in.

Iron
Bronze
Silver
Gold
Emerald
Diamond
Legend
Ascended

Everyone starts at Iron. The climb is the point.

Why it actually works

CaliRealm asking which skills to prioritise, with front lever ranked first

You say what you want

Pick what you're chasing and rank it. Whatever sits at the top of your list gets the most training time. That, your days, and your gear is the whole setup.

A generated CaliRealm program: Front lever, week 1 of 7, training four days a week

It builds the plan

Seconds later you have a multi-week program built around those answers, on the days you actually said you'd train. Not a template you picked off a shelf.

The CaliRealm week path, showing next week builds from your training

Then it keeps up with you

Log your sets and the next week rewrites itself around what you really did. Harder where you're ready, easier where you struggled. It never stops adjusting.

Rank up like a game

Climb Iron to Diamond by hitting real strength milestones. Weekly streaks and monthly leagues give you a reason to show up on the days you'd rather not.

Your workout. Your camera. Live.

Every session has a workout player that walks you through each set: the movement, the target, the rest. When it's time to perform, flip on the camera.

  • Camera rep counting. Point your phone, hit start, go
  • Automatic hold timing. For skills like handstands, planche and front lever
  • Form feedback. Coach-style pointers on your recorded sets
  • Save every set. Watch your progress stack up week over week

Questions

I'm a complete beginner. Is this for me?
Yes. That's exactly who it's built for. The program starts wherever you are, even if that's push-ups against a wall. You never have to know what a "tuck planche" is to get going: answer a few questions, get a plan, press start. The advanced skills are the ceiling, not the entry bar.
What does it actually do?
A lot. A training program built from real calisthenics progressions, tailored to your level and schedule. A workout player that walks you through every set. Live camera tracking that counts reps and times holds while you train. Feedback on your form from your recorded sets. A rank system from Iron up through Bronze, Silver, Gold, Emerald, Diamond. You earn it by hitting real milestones, not by just logging in. And a community to keep you honest.
What gear do I need?
A phone and something to prop it on. Most people manage with a water bottle or a shoe. For the camera features a side-on view works best, and the app tells you when it can see you properly.
Why a webapp?
No install, no app store, no waiting for a review to push a fix. Open it in your browser on any phone and it works. We ship updates daily, and during early access you'll feel it.
When does it launch?
Soon. We're polishing it with our beta group right now. Drop your email and you'll get an invite before the public launch.
Does it replace a coach?
It does what a coach in the room does for a beginner: tells you what to train today, watches your reps, and corrects what it can see. A great human coach sees more, but most people starting out don't have one. Now you do.
